
Also in general I just want to be healthier and feel healthier. I tried detoxing last year which was going well but as I live at home its hard to keep up with a diet; whilst your family still cook foods you've written off and you don't have a job to keep up with your diet dishes. Although, from sept onwards if I get into my university, I shall be officially clean eating but as of now i'll just cut down my portions and eat less of my current foods and keep up with my water intake.
